Houses Are Man Made

Houses are man made.  This is a very basic fact about building a new home.  Nowadays you have your homes that are built inside factories and then transported to the site of the future home and “assembled” and you have your homes which are built from the ground up at the exact site where the home will one day stand completely finished and move-in ready.

Houses are not build by machines, they are built by man and they are constructed from the years of experience and hard work that each builder has placed into their career.  Skilled craftsmen constructing your future dream home are going to work day after day to make sure your plans and your vision comes to life.

There are always factors that can add time to any building process whether it be a simple single family 2 bedroom home or a multi-level high rise.  There will always be factors that come into play which can either speed up the process of construction or delay the time.  Remember this when you are 5 months into the process and the finish date is moved back by 2 days because the delivery of lumber was delayed or the painter had to wait a day to fix equipment.

Understand that no one is more concerned with the quality and safety of your home being built to the best quality for the job at the fastest rate of time for you to move in and get settled into your new home than your builder.

It can become very easy during the process of building your new home to become anxious and stressed out, but you have to remember this is a process and it takes times and care to ensure you get the best finished product your money can buy.

Again, relax when you feel yourself becoming aggravated and worried.  It’s okay, it’s a big decision and it is perfectly normal to want to focus on every detail.  Remember that you’re the customer and the builder is responsible to satisfy your desires with the budget laid out, the design and plans drawn up, and within the time frame established.  If something comes up, the builder will inform you as soon as it becomes known and not a moment later.  So don’t worry!  Remember, your building wants you to see your dream home built just as fast and with as much care as you would expect.

Rome wasn’t built in a day and neither will your new house.  It’s okay.  Soon your dream home will be complete and you’ll be moved in and wondering why you were worried about anything in the first place.

Again, remember that your builder is on your team, working as hard and as fast and with the highest amounts of integrity and effort to accomplish the goal of building your new home to the best ability and with the highest quality afforded for the job at the set budget.  You are in good hands and everything will be fine.  Enjoy the process.
